You may provide information when you schedule through Calendly, pay through Stripe, call or email us, or complete information requested for FAA medical certification. Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, email address, phone number, appointment type, appointment date, payment status, and information you choose to share before or during an FAA medical exam or consultation.

Scheduling, payments, and CRM processing

Online scheduling is provided through Calendly. Payments made during online booking are processed through Stripe. Booking and payment context may be passed through Make.com into ActiveCampaign so we can maintain appointment records, payment status, renewal timing, and follow-up workflows.

Stripe is used as payment confirmation, not as address enrichment. Billing address fields may be blank or manually updated later. Do not assume that a blank address field means a booking or payment failed.

FAA medical information

Dr. Ernesto Brauer acts as a Federal Aviation Administration Aviation Medical Examiner. Information provided for an FAA medical exam or consultation may need to be reviewed for FAA certification purposes and may be included in records or disclosures required by the FAA. FAA exam and certification determinations are regulatory in nature and are not handled like a normal personal physician visit.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, Hotjar, session replay tools, behavioral advertising cookies, health-condition retargeting, or patient-list uploads to advertising platforms.

The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security, traffic management, bot protection, routing, and reliability. Calendly, Stripe, Google Fonts, and other embedded third-party services may set their own cookies or process technical information when you interact with them.
